I am experiencing a peculiar issue with one of my users where the "delete" button on the keyboard will not delete text in a new email message. I can use backspace to delete text normally. I've verified that the keyboard is functioning properly. Anyone seen this?

Hi, does this issue only happen to Outlook? If so, I may suspect there is a 3rd-party add-in which causes this problem.

Lets test if this issue persists in Safe Mode:

Win + R, type outlook.exe /safe in the blank box, then press Enter.

If theres no problem in Safe mode, disable the add-ins one by one to verify which add-ins caused this issue.
